- Must be Year 7 or Year 8 School level
Coaching
- Dates: Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th April 2024
- Time: 9am – 3pm
Venue: Hamilton City Netball Centre
Cost: $100 per player

The Camp will cover the below aspects:
Day 1:
- Netball SMART: Safe Landing Skills
- Skill Focus: Attack: Movement and Space [Using Space and Passing into Space]
- Athlete Development: Nutrition & Goal Setting
- Netball Games
- Recovery protocols
Day 2:
- Skill Focus: Defence - Intercepting & Phases of defence
- Rules Knowledge
- Athlete Development: Planning and Preparing
- Skill recap from Day 1 & 2
- Netball Games
Ensure that you bring your lunch, snacks and appropriate clothing for weather changes.
If it is raining we will still go ahead.
