Post Season Development Academy 2019

“HCNC Reps will train in different Groups to Non HCNC Rep Players”

Dates: Wednesday 30th October -  4th December:  5.30 - 7.00pm

Venue: Hamilton City Netball Centre

The 2019 6 week Post Season Development Program provides an opportunity for players from Y8 — U16 players who want to or have competed at a representative level to further develop their netball post season.

The Development Program will cover the below aspects:

• Pre & Post Program Fitness Testing
• Court specific skills
• Hamilton Netball Centre T-Shirt
• Nutrition for Performance Guide and Diary
• Christmas Holiday Self Directed Fitness & Strength Program
