Introducing our Under 16 Representative Programme Coaches for 2023

Pua has no wbeen with Hamilton City Netball Centre for her 3rd Season, this year she is excited to step up into the U16A team as she has been with the U16B team over the last 2 seasons.
2022 & 2021 Pua coached U18B with great sucess at North Island Junior Champs. Pua is a mother of 5 children, ages (14-2years). She has been involved in sports all her life and believes it is the driving force of her success both in the sports arena and professional arena.
Pua works at Te Wānana o Aotearoa as the Subject Matter Expert for Wellbeing, where she runs and manages an award-winning nation wellbeing programme called Tau Ora. She has completed a law degree, however, her passion is supporting and looking after our community through sports and wellbeing, and she believes ‘coaching’ is a perfect tool to do this.
Pua says "The ability to help someone grow as a person has always been the driver for me in this space"

2022 & 2021 coached U14A with great sucess at North Island Junior Champs, 2022 U14A team placing 4th in AGrade. Jenna is a mother of 3 and has an extensive background in netball as a Player, Coach and Supporter. She began netball at the age of 4 years old and has played competitively through school, club and representative level since she was 14
Jenna currently coaches at Hamilton Girls High School as part of the Coaching Management for Premier Indoor team and Saturday teams.

I believe in Sport NZs philosophy “Balance is Better” and think we can see the benefit that this is having as more netball players are coming into our programmes with skills from other sporting codes.
I am passionate about creating opportunities for young, developing athletes to grow and play. I have been coaching for 7 years and been through the Netball NZ Community Coach pathway, achieving my CCA 1 and 2 award in 2021. I am excited to coach the Development Rep team for Hamilton this season.
