2024 was a massive year! Congratulations to our Open, U16A and U16B teams for winning their respective grades at Championships!
All representative teams had a great season, attending one day tournaments to get experience leading up to championship tournaments, and all playing some amazing netball and showing great sportsmanship out on court. Our development squads also have had a great season, attending 3 of the one-day tournaments, and some players then going on to have opportunities in our Representative teams due to injuries.
Thank you to all our volunteers who give up time to support our Representative and Development programmes, our umpires who travel with teams to tournaments and champs, and our whanau and supporters that make it possible for our players to be part of the programmes. To our people behind the scenes, helping with trials, administration, organising umpires and more, thank you!
Thank you to; The Lion Foundation for the funding that goes towards helping with the cost of travel and accommodation for our teams. NZ Racing Board for the funding to purchase brand new playing uniforms for our Representative teams, HCNC Open being the first to wear the new playing dresses in 2023 and in 2024 all Representative teams. Active Health for the continued supporting our programme with education and people traveling sports medics. Helen Eagleton Photography for the amazing photos taken at our tournaments and Team Photos.
