Scoring a Goal
- Only A Position can score goals, and must be standing inside the Goal Circle.
- When a Goal is scored, the non-scoring team is to take the next Centre Pass.

Obstruction
- Players that are defending should stand 1 meter away from the player with the ball. If within 1metre defender, that is obstruction.
- 1metre is measured from the grounded foot of the attacking player. If the player steps forward the 1metre is still measured from the grounded foot, not that was moved forward.
- Obstruction can also occur when defending player takes arms away from body to limit movement of attaching player.
