Umpires working towards completing a Netball New Zealand Zone Award will need to register in a Zone Theory Umpire Course.

Please note: Umpires from ANY CENTRE MAY ATTEND these sessions.

• 6 tutoring sessions of 2 hours 
• Netball New Zealand Zone theory exam registration - All information on this test will be covered in our Zone Theory tutoring classes. 
• Assigned a HCNC mentor
• Coaching by HCNC Umpire Coaches for up to 2 seasons
• Free participation in HCNC Fitness Testing

To Complete Zone Theory:

• Pass NNZ Zone Theory Exam

Once you have achieved your Zone Theory you can work towards completing the Zone Award.  All umpires wanting to work towards their Zone Award will need to register in the Zone Award Umpire Pathway Programme.

• Assessed on a 40-minute game/s
