Hamilton City Netball Centre Umpire Education or Professional Development Scholarships
Hamilton City Netball Centre in partnership with Nemesys LTD is offering Umpire Development Scholarships 2024. These could be full or partial depending on your application. An application can be made for the following umpire education or development areas.
For example:
- Hamilton City Netball Centre Umpire education fees
- ITU Course, Centre Award, Zone Theory or Practical Award. NZ Award Theory
- Waikato Bay of Plenty Umpire Squad development fees
- NNZ National Umpire Squad development fees
- Umpire Coach Development fees
- Centre, Zone or NZ National Level
Umpire Scholarships 2024
Scholarship criteria:
- Any person who has a passion for Umpiring Netball and is wanting to increase their skill and knowledge base.
- Involved in and showing leadership in own netball club, school and/or Hamilton City Netball Centre as a player, coach, umpire, official or volunteer.
- Proven school or community contribution and leadership
- Youth groups, committees, boards etc.
- Applicants may apply for up to two umpire scholarships in one year, up to $200.00 per year.
Scholarship requirements:
Contribute minimum of 10 volunteer hours to Hamilton City Netball Centre during the year of development.
For example:
- Umpire duty roster
- Hamilton City Netball Centre registration office
- Umpire Coaching or facilitation of courses
