U14 & U16 Development Camp April 2025
Development Camps focus on promotion of different movements and techiques that can help develop players fundamental skill and how to implement into their Netball.
Coaches will also adapt session to players abilities and add or change skill development to each session for extension.
Player Eligibility
- Under 14 players must be born 2011 or 2012
- Under 16 must be born 2009 or born 2010
Coaching:
- Dates: 2 Day Camp - Wednesday 16th AND Thursday 17th April 2025
- Time: 9am – 3pm
Venue: Hamilton City Netball Centre
Cost: $100 per player

The Camp will cover the below aspects:
Day 1:
- Netball SMART: Safe Landing Skills
- Skill Focus: Attack: Movements, Using Space effectivley, Shooting.
- Athlete Development: SMART Health
- Netball Games
- Recovery
Day 2:
- Skill Focus: Defence: Intercepting, Phases of Defence, Rebounding.
- Rules Knowledge
- Athlete Development: SMART Health Continued
- Skill recap from Day 1 & 2
- Netball Games
Ensure that you bring your lunch, snacks and appropriate clothing for weather changes.
If it is raining we will still go ahead.
