Development Camps focus on promotion of different movements and techiques that can help develop players fundamental skill and impletmentation into Netball.

Coaches will also adapt session to players and add other skill development to each session where required.

Day 1:

• Netball SMART: Safe Landing Skills
• Skill Focus: Attack: Movement and Space [Using Space and Passing into Space], Shooting.
• Athlete Development: Nutrition & Goal Setting
• Netball Games
• Recovery protocols

 Day 2:

• Skill Focus: Defence: Intercepting & Phases of defence
• Rules Knowledge
• Athlete Development: Preparing
• Skill recap from Day 1 & 2
• Netball Games 

Ensure that you bring your lunch, snacks and appropriate clothing for weather changes.

If it is raining we will still go ahead.
