2025 Intention to Trial will open 1st April 2025!
The 2025 Representative Team Policies and Procedures document contains the full information on the Representative Programme. (Released 1st April)
Teams:
- Under 14 A & B & Development
- Under 16 A & B & Development
- Under 16 Mixed
- Under 18 A & B
- Under 18 Men
- Open A & Open Development [Not untill June-September]
Player Eligibility:
- Be in the relevant age-group of the team they are trialing for. Players cannot play in an older or younger age group.
- U18 players must be age 17 (born 2008) or 18 (born 2007) as at 01 January in the year of the representative season
- U16 players must be age 15 (born 2010) or 16 (born 2009) as at 01 January in the year of the representative season
- U14 players must be age 13 (born 2012) or 14 (born 2011) as at 01 January in the year of the representative season
- Be financial to both Club and HCNC.
- Be registered on the HCNC Intention to Trial Player list

Click on the 'Register' button above [From 1st April 2025]. Please provide all details including up to two preferred playing positions.
Online registration:
- Open - Tuesday 1st April 2025
- Closes - Sunday 27th April 2025
All Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 [Representative and Development]
- Trials: 27th April to 9th May 2025 - TBC
- Weekly Trainings: All teams have x1 training each week. Either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening [May to July]
It is compulsory to attend all trials*:
- Trial #1 & #2 - all players are required
- Trial #3 - Players will be invited to attend if required for either Representative & Development Teams Squads
*Dispensation Form in 'Downloads' for players unable to attend all trials that wish to apply for dispensation.
Representative & Development Squads Announced [Trial#3]:
- Being selected into the squad is the first step before teams are picked. If a player is selected into the squad this is not an automatic entry into a team.
Representative Teams Announced: Monday 13th May 2024 at latest [Selection Panel may choose to name teams before this date]

- Auckland Netball Centre Representative Tournament: Sunday 8th June 2025
- Helen Dodge Representative Tournament [Tauranga]: Sunday 15th June 2025
- HCNC Representative Tournament: Sunday 22nd June 2025

- North Island Junior Champs: New Plymouth - Sunday 29th June to Tuesday 1st July 2025
- Travel Dates: Saturday 28th June to Tuesday 1st July 2025
