It is with pleasure that we announce the promotion of Irene into the Development Co-ordinator role. Irene's role encompasses Poipoia te Manawa, which is our player development programme, as well as overseeing the development pathways for coaches, umpires and officials. She will also continue her work as a Coach Developer.

This will be Irene's 3rd season with our Centre. She has been a fantastic resource for our Centre in the Junior Co-ordinator role and will remain as a mentor for the incoming Junior Co-ordinator (role to be advertised shortly).

Irene played a large part in launching Poipoia te Manawa last year and we are excited to see where this programme will go.
